This house features only a Pool, the SPA feature is not available for this unit. ***BARBECUE GRILL/VACATION GEAR*** We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost ***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm*** If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. (Extra cost) ***PARKING AND GUEST ACCESS The guest will have the entire house for themselves. This house has a drive way that can accommodate 3/4 cars and overflow parking 200 feet walk from the house. ***PET POLICY*** Only small pets under 40 pounds allowed $150 Pet fee for each animal Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee.
