Lounge area for fun and entertainment. ***RESORT AMENITIES Main Pool Slide & Lazy River Fitness center / Gym Café - Tiki Bar Tennis Court & Kids Playground Dawn  Guests who wish to use clubhouse amenities will have to register at the club house and pay $45 fee per household. ***POOL SPA HEATING - POOL FACING NORTH WEST There s a fee of $40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. Please advise host at least 48 hours prior for arrangements. Pool is enclosed. ***BARBECUE GRILL/VACATION GEAR We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost- Other vacation gear or propane grill needs to be outsourced at your own expense. ***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. At no time vehicles can be parked on the grass, blocking homes, or in non-marked areas. Please use driveway or overflow parking spaces.
